The Laura Russo Gallery celebrates its 25th year with a group show of new work by gallery artists. Founded in 1986 by Laura Russo with the mission of representing many of the finest artists of the Pacific Northwest, the gallery has grown to represent over 50 artists and artist estates, featuring painters, printmakers, sculptors and textile artists. Though Laura Russo passed away in 2010, Martha Lee, a long time employee who purchased the gallery, continues to carry on the original intent of the gallery. The 25th Anniversary exhibition will feature new work by artists who have been part of the gallery since the earliest years, to many artists who have arrived more recently. Artists include Michael Brophy, Frank Boyden, Tom Cramer, Tom Fawkes, Eric Franklin, Fay Jones, Mary Josephson, Mel Katz, Michihiro Kosuge, Rae Mahaffey, David Morris, Whitney Nye, Henk Pander, Jack Portland, Margaret Shirley, Eric Stotik, Sherrie Wolf and many others.
