Press Release

Russo Lee Gallery is pleased to exhibit Colors from the Outback: Joshua Tree, Borrego Springs, Summerlake, Hart Mountain by Margot Voorhies Thompson. As the show title implies, this exhibition is inspired by travels the artist made in the Pacific Northwest and California. Thompson’s paintings focus on the unique qualities found in upland desert environments. The highly saturated colors and “vibrations” are the subject matter of this exhibition.
