Gallery artist Julian V.L. Gaines was among five creatives invited to participate in Charm City Cultural Cultivation’s The Last Resort Artist Retreat (TLRAR) residency in Baltimore, Maryland.
Prioritizing space for rest, creativity, and exploration, the residency engages with artists in a way which creates space for nurturing their creative process. For four weeks, creatives of a variety of disciplines take part in a complementary holistic therapy exchange, while fostering the lasting benefits of withdrawing and seizing possibilities endowed by new perspectives.The residency is by invitation only, through recommendations from notable practitioners and advisors in the related areas of discipline.
